Guess what we saw.
Win $500.
We saw something, and if you can guess what it is, you’ll win a $500 Visa gift card. In each episode, we’ll randomly pick 5 questions submitted since the previous episode to answer on the show. Read the official rules below.
What we saw is a specific thing, and you must guess exactly what that thing is, not just the category. We’ll answer “yes”, “no” or “sometimes” to all questions answered. We may answer “yes” to a question, but that doesn’t mean the guesser has necessarily guessed the thing. So use the information revealed in each episode for subsequent guesses. The first person who’s question is selected that guesses exactly the thing we saw will get a $500 Visa Gift Card!
You can submit one guess after each episode, any subsequent guesses will be eliminated from consideration. if you cheat, we’ll know, and you’ll be permanently eliminated from the contest. So don’t try anything fishy, buster.

3. Sponsor: The sponsor of the Contest is Oh Yeah Big Time (the "Sponsor").
4. Agreement to Official Rules: Participation in the Contest constitutes participant's (or his or her parent or legal guardian if the participant is under the legal age of majority in their home state) full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. Winning the prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein.
5. Contest Period: This contest will run from the initial announcement date of August 23, 2023, until a winner is selected. This contest will run in perpetuity until a winner is selected based on the criteria outlined in section 12. The Contest Period may be days, weeks, months, or years, and is purely dependent on a Participant successfully guessing the thing that was seen by the hosts of Oh Yeah Big Time.
6. Entry: Oh Yeah Big Time has chosen a thing that they have seen. Participants are to submit entries attempting to guess exactly the thing that was seen using “yes or no” questions.
(a) Yes or No Question: Valid entries must be in the form of “yes or no” questions. (Example: Is the thing made of atoms?) To win, a participant must submit an entry that most closely, and explicitly guesses the exact thing that was seen in the form of a “yes or no” question.
(b) Number of Entries: Submission will result in one (1) entry, and entries are submitted in the form of “yes or no” questions. Participants may submit one (1) entry per Entry Pool Period. If a participant submits more than one (1) entry per Entry Pool Period, only the participant’s first entry will be included in the active Entry Pool Period.
(c) Limitations: The use of any agencies or automated software to submit entries will void all entries submitted by that person. Participants who have been identified to use multiple names, email addresses or other tactics to circumvent the outlined rules will be disqualified from consideration.
(d) Submission method: Entries can only be submitted online at http://www.ohyeahbigtime.tv/guess.
7. Entry Pool: Submitted entries are automatically exported to a spreadsheet upon submission, this spreadsheet contains the active Entry Pool. Immediately following the publishing of each episode, the Entry Pool spreadsheet will be cleared. The Entry Pool will only include new entries made following the publish date of the most recent episode.
8. Entry Pool Period: The period of time between the pushing of two consecutive episodes. The period of time between two (2) episodes is subject to the Contest Sponsor’s discretion.

10. Thing: The Sponsor has seen a thing, and has selected that thing as the thing they have seen prior to the start of the Contest. 11. Episode(s): Any audio or video publication published and appearing on https://www.ohyeahbigtime.tv/episodes?format=rss.

Clips made from Episodes and other content that appear on social media website like Instagram and TikTok are not considered “episodes”, and have no bearing on the Entry Pool, the Entry Pool Period, or any other details outlined here in the Contest rules.
12. Drawing: During each episode of Oh Yeah Big Time, the hosts will read five (5) entries chosen at random that were submitted since the publish date of the previous episode.
(a) Answers: The hosts will answer the five (5) randomly chosen questions with the following answers: “yes”, “no” or “sometimes”. A “sometimes” response to an entry means that while the answer may be “yes”, that “yes” cannot be consistently or definitively assumed enough to answer the entry with only a “yes”. A question that receives a “yes” answer does not necessarily indicate that the participant has submitted a winning entry.
(b) Winning the Contest: The winning entry must identify the specific version of this Thing within a broader category of things, rather than the general category itself. The winning entry must pinpoint the precise Thing within its larger class or family of similar objects. When a participant has submitted a winning entry that has been read and answered on the podcast, the hosts will announce that this participant has successfully guessed what was seen by hosts.
